From the DocuXplorer Desktop Ribbon Tab select Home | Options | Diagnostic Logging
The 
symbol next to a property group indicates that settings are applied globally
to all users. If the symbol is absent, settings apply only to the currently
logged-in user.
All properties can be changed by the administrator or the currently logged-in user.
Diagnostic Logging settings are workstation specific. Diagnostic Logging will identify problems in DocuXplorer by tracing the program actions performed. It is used as an aid to provide you with the highest quality technical support.
Do not change any of these defaults until instructed to do so by DocuXplorer technical support personnel.
