Edit Data in Document List View

DocuXplorer allows you to edit index field data in the Document List View without opening the Document Window.

To Edit data in the Document List View:

• Select the field to edit

• press F2 to open Edit Mode in the Document List View Window

• Type in your edits

• press F2 to close Edit Mode

Tip:

When in edit mode if the line is yellow it can be edited by the user, if the line is red the record is read-only by being checked out or locked by security.
