Highlight/Select

Use your mouse and click a document to highlight the document. The item will change color when it is highlighted.

 

 

To highlight a document is to select it.

 

Use standard Windows conventions to select or highlight multiple document simultaneously. The Ctrl key will add documents to the highlighted selection the Shift key will add all documents within the selection range.
