This feature empowers a user to create a hierarchical storage system based on common organizational design principles for you use. Simply select the initial taxonomy type and then the document types that apply to your needs. After the system creates you new cabinet and drawer hierarchical storage system you can modify it further to fit your additional requirements.
Selecting the Taxonomy Type Personal displays the following screen.
Selecting the Taxonomy Type Business displays the following screen.
Once you have checked off the documents type and selected OK the creation of your cabinet structure will be started.
