Web Client User Access

DocuXplorer allow an administrator to determine who has access via the Web and if they should have read-write access or read-only access. Password recovery can also be enabled by entering the user primary email address for verification security.

1. In the DocuXplorer desktop click [Tools][Options][Manage users and Groups].
   
   
    

2. Make sure the User account is not disabled

3. Web Client Access should be set to one of the available types. Read-write requires that you have at least one Read-write user Licenses.

4. Make sure the user has a password set

5. Enter the users primary email address to allow a user to be send a password reminder.
