User-defined variables can be used to store static or auto-indexing information that can be used repeatedly within DocuXplorer to help speed up the data entry process. User-defined variables are stored at the folder level, using the right click menu item Properties| General | User Defined Variables. User-defined variables can have any name, but must be surrounded by { and }.
