DocuXplorer Web Client

Have you ever needed to access a file from DocuXplorer remotely but couldn’t? DocuXplorer Web Client is a web-based version of DocuXplorer, that will allow you to access your data anytime and anywhere via the internet.

With DocuXplorer Web Client, users have the ability to find and view files saved in DocuXplorer anywhere there is an internet connection - from your home, while on vacation, even in the airport while waiting to board your flight.

Benefits of DocuXplorer’s Web Client include:

Remote Document Access.

Access data online, anytime, anywhere safely and securely using your favorite web browsers including Windows IE, Mozilla Firefox, Chrome, and even iPad and iPhone browsers. This means that anyone out of the office will still be able to refer to documents stored in DocuXplorer. You can also set up Visitor access to the system allowing them to view documents. Of course, if you use this service you should set up additional security to prevent visitors from viewing restricted documents.

Robust Security.

DocuXplorer security settings and permissions are the same in our Web Client as in our desktop version. Information viewed through our Web Client can utilize 256-bit SSL encryption.

Full Document Search.

Search through the entire contents of documents for no extra charge. Other document management providers offer this as an optional feature for an additional cost.

Lightning Fast Speed.

Whether you are searching for files by keyword or by index sets, the speed to locate specific files can be measured in seconds.

Setup is fast and easy. It is the same simple installation as our desktop version, with no special requirements from any third-party application.

Web Client Access

DocuXplorer provides two version of its Web Client to fit our users’ needs and budgets – a read-only version and a read-write version. The Web Client is used to access documents stored in DocuXplorer remotely (either offsite using an internet connection or within the office using a LAN connection). With the read-only version, users cannot add, edit or delete documents. The read-only version allows outside users to safely and securely view their documents without the concern of compromising the integrity of the system. The  read-write version provides users the additional functionality of being able to add new documents, edit existing documents and delete documents. With both versions, clients have the same security settings that are built into in the desktop version of DocuXplorer so authorized users can restrict what can and what cannot be viewed for specific users.
